In an earlier episode, (Henry in Love) Henry already has a son named Andrew that is old enought to be talking on the telephone.
2	Dr. Sidney Freedman	Deal Me Out (Season 2)	On Dr. Freedman's first appearance, his first name was Milton. The second (and each episode after) he was referred to as Sidney.

In Strange Bedfellows, his Son-in-law Bob married to Effe, visits the 4077 while on a business trip.
11	Col. Sherman Potter	Picture This (Season 10) Lieutenant Radar O'Reilly (Season 5)	In Lt. Radar O'Reilly, Radar reads a letter from Col. Potters granddaughter to the Colonel. In Picture This, Potter talks about his grandson just out of diapers getting his first pony ride.
12	Everyone	Ceasefire (Season 1)	In this episode and many others, it is very obvious that the troops are drinking out of aluminum cans. Aluminum beer cans were NOT around during the Korean conflict.
13	Col. Henry Blake	Divided We Stand (Season 2)	Henry is in his office having a conversation with Hildebrand. When Henry stands up and is leaning over He says "OH! Of course". But his lips are not moving when he speaks.
14	The Scenery	Kim (Season 2)	When Kim is in the mine field he is sitting on a large rock, but when the chopper comes to pick them up, there are no large rocks anywhere in the mine field.
15	Teddy Bear	As Time Goes By (Season 11)	The teddy bear that Pierce gives Margaret to place in the time capsule is not the same bear that Radar left Hawkeye in "Goodbye Radar (Part 2)" The belly is a different color and Radar's bear had only one eye.
16	Wine Bottle	The Sniper (Season 2)	In the Swamp, Radar prepares to refill the wine bottle with gin, but he never does. Hawkeye places the near empty bottle back into the basket. Later, on the picnic Hawkeye pours from a near full bottle of wine.
17	Burns/Klinger	Radar's Report (Season 2)	In Radar's Report, Burns goes to Henry and claims that he wants Klinger to be given a Section 8 and kicked out of the Army. In many other episodes, Burns refuses to sign a Section 8 to get Klinger out of the army.
18	Hawkeye's Letter	Give 'em Hell Hawkeye (Season 10)	The storyline is about Hawkeye writing a letter to President Harry S. Truman. He is writing the letter to request an end to the war. Near the middle/end of the show Pierce is on duty and seals the envelope and requests Nurse Kellye to have it mailed. In closing scenes, he is still writing the letter to Harry.
19	Major Winchester	Major Topper (Season 6) Bottle Fatigue (Season 8)	In Major Topper, Charles talks about an incident that happened at his sister's wedding. In Bottle Fatigue, Charles is outraged about his sister getting engaged to an Italian.
20	Radar O'Riley	Check-up (Season 3) Images (Season 6)	In Check-Up, Radar is showing off his tattoo to Henry while getting a check-up. In Images, Radar talks to the doctors about wanting to get a tattoo and about how prestigious and respectful it would be to have one.
